Siempre Utah Reception Center

Luxury reception center with full service kitchen.All of the mechanical equipment had to be located within a recessed rooftop well. Maintaining service and code clearances while concealing equipment proved challenging but code compliant clearances and locations were able to be acheived.

The Front

Large multiphase remodel and addition to an existing climbing gym. The separate phases and remodel required extensive coordination between the other disciplines on how the building would be built.

Hearth and Hill

Full service restaurant at the bottom of a 7 story apt building. All of the mechanical equipment had to be fit into a narrow drop ceiling with limited space. Despite this all of the necessary equipment was able to be located where required.

Hills Kitchen

Fast and casual dining restaruant. Due to outdoor seating special coordination was required for the exhaust and outside air louvers to allow for a pleasant dining experience.
